Last I checked, it was against the rules to ask for someone else to do a Carfax for you. There's a reason it's a paid thing - HT isn't here to help you circumvent paying a few bucks for a legitimate service. Also, it's against the Carfax TOU/TOS.
That aside, there are plenty of free alternatives. Search.
