Default very loud squeaking noise

i picked this del sol s up for 1k as a first car. had some issues, replaced ignition harness, alternator, distributor, AICV, new brake pads and rotors, new belt with new alternator too. I vinyl wrapped it and finished it a few days ago then took it for a test drive. as i drove it and increased RPM’s not even speed just RPM’s the squeak got louder and higher pitched slightly. i put belt conditioner on the belts and pulleys and they are all pretty tight. The sound seems to be coming from where i circled in picture, the car runs fine but the noise is very annoying and i want it gone!! vehicle - 1997 del sol s 5 speed manual 215,000 miles

Remove the external belts and start the engine. If it doesn't squeak, locate the squeaky external part. If it does still squeak, it is something to do with the timing belt / tensioner / water pump and you need to fix it pronto before it blows up on you. Timing belt job is always advisable on any newly acquired Civic anyway.
