Default Very leaky trunk

Ok here's the deal. The car (2000 Civic EX coupe) was in an accident and has a salvage title. It was rebuilt before we bought it and it passed all the right inspections. We can't get the trunk to stop leaking water when it rains. We tried replacing the trunk gasket. Didn't work. Sealed around the trunk gasket with silicone and sealed the headlights. Didn't work. Put weatherstripping on the trunk lid. Didn't work.

It seems like its coming from somewhere under the rear window. I see a spot where a molding clip is where its leaking a little, that will be siliconed up. But its dripping down from the top of the trunk frame somewhere and finding its way into my carpet. I had a ton of water back there, had to shop-vac it up there was so much.

Is there any other spots besides the headlights and the trunk gasket that is prone to leaking? I really need help here I can't drive my car on rainy days at all!
