Default Valve Train Upgrade

Ok I've got some gsr cams to install and wanted to know about new seals, retainers, springs and vavles themselves. Where can i get new seals cause i wanna get those for sure. But what about retainers and springs? What kind, and where would you recommend getting them? And maybe ti vavles, but not sure if i really need them. Input would be helpful thx

if you planning on doing just gsr cams, you dont need to upgrade a single thing. if you have b16a\2 it already comes with dual intake valve spring. if you gonna upgrade, just go to your local acura dealer and purchase the whole type-r valve train.

its not as stiff but yet it will hold cams such as skunk2 stageI. i beleive the type-r vavles are a bit lighter then the rest of the B-series valve. im not 100% sure on that though, hit the search button for that one.

hope that helps

you can get new seal at the local Honda dealership. the ITR intake valves are lighter than gs-r/si's. when you updgrade to high lift/duration cams, is when you will need new valvesprings.

If all your your doing is changing out the cams to gsr's you dont have to replace anytihng else on the head. Save yourself the money that you would spend on the other parts and put it towards something else on the car , but if you realy think you need to replace your seals just get them from honda
