valve adjustment specs for d16z6

well guys i need your help i can't remember the specs for the z6 motor i was wondering if you guys could help me out and also should i turn the cam gear back to zero

.007"Intake .009"Exhaust and i moved mine back to 0 just to be safe.. It made sense to me i dont know what everyone else does.... Hope this helps you...
