VAFC II question

VAFC II question
Hey H-T members,
I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si with basic bolt on (I/H/E). Thats all im putting for power. I know stock honda ecu run on the rich side. I was wonder tuning my car with VAFC II help me safe better and performance or will the factory ecu be able to change the a/f setting for optima performance and gas milage. Thanks for any information given.

Then why are you getting a VAFC II?
