Default vacuum leak

I have an LS turbo setup in my civic coupe and am having a vac problem. The car when cold wants to die sometimes and i have to give it gas to keep it from stalling. when its fully warm and actually holds a steady idle at 900 it only pulls 16-17 vaccum. I am geting full boost (5 pounds) at around 4000 rpms on my XSpower "57 trim" turbo. Ever since I swapped the motor in it has had this problem so I dont think it is related to a turbo kit component but am not sure. What is the best method to go about finding a leak and where should I start looking.
the other thing is if a slowly raise the rpms in nuetral (also noticed while driving) the vaccum increases to around 20 maybe a little more before going back down towards zero and boost. On decel it pulls up to like 22
The last thing i should probably mention is if i remember correctly, my TPS is slightly off (slightly nigative i think). found that out when my car was hooked up to a laptop with chrome pro.

thanks
