will this ECU effect anything wrong to the motor? since the motor doesnt have secondary butterflies or do not use p72 ecu at all?

It runs it like absolute ****.

My friend and I traded ECUs back in 2000 when I had a GS-R and he had a B16A and let's just say that honda knew what they were doing when programming the P72 for the B18C1, and the P30 for the B16A.

i second the motion...running a P72 ecu on a B16A is shitty **** ****!!!

VTEC pops at 4400 rpm bogs at low rpm due to more fuel going in the engine, doesn't start pulling til like after 6k.

Luckily my buddy and I traded ECU he wanted VTEC early so i gave him my P72 and he gave me his P30...

bottomline...do not run a p72 on a B16, unless you want ur motor to run like ****...
