Default URGENT HELP! slave clutch cylinder

I have a 1997 civic dx d16y7, i recently removed the transmission to change out the clutch. The first time i did this, everything on the car ran except the clutch pedal had no pressure. I took everything apart again to try to tighten the pressure plate, and see if anything was wrong. Seemed fine so i put it back together

Once everything was back together, the car doesn't start this time. I can hear the starter trying to work however the engine isn't turning over. The clutch fork is always stuck on 3/4 extended when the slave cylinder is bolted on. When the slave cylinder is unbolted, the piston rod still remains extended. The slave and master cylinder are brand new, lines are bled. When the slave cylinder is off the fork easily moves from side to side.

I haven't drove in a while since i swapped the engine all because of the clutch. Any help i would appreciate!
