if you're not going to take advice, stop posting.
alarm, coilovers, alignment. i'm sure you're a fanboy that will hardpark. so that's all you need.. because you don't need to tear up nice parts.

Save your money alarm is pointless if they want it theyre gonna take it with or without an annoying *** alarm chirping unless it has a ignition safelock or something

Ex/dx?
Sway bars can be a rather cheap upgrade and will let you have a little fun, until you can afford the nice parts.
If EX Look for a SI/DC rear sway. This would be the cheapest. Or, you could do a 22mm, but this will require a sub frame brace.
If Dx. Look for a front/rear sway bar setup. Civic front/integra rear, etc.

The reason we say alarm first is because modding your civic will instantly make it a bigger target for theives right off the bat...SO why put parts on it just to get it stolen a week later?? I've been down that road and it's a long windy slippery one that leads to disaster.

Alarms aren't that expensive, but they can be. It just depends on what you want. If you want a 2 way prepare to spend 400-500+
Mine was close to $600, my buddy's was nearly 1k.
I think they can with front bars, not 100%.

It tells you what the car does.
You unlock the doors, it lets you know the car unlocked.
Alarm goes off, remote goes off.
Right, you can. BUT, make sure you buy from an authorized dealer. Don't forget install.

If you don't have a ROTH-IRA or any stocks your life will endure much greater happiness if you do that before you flush $700 down the toilet on a decades old car.
You clearly aren't very fiscally secure if $700 is the end all number you've placed on your purchase.
Edit: More importantly, limiting the quality of your car build by price is pretty silly. Anyone can afford any car part given time, patience, etc. I strongly urge you to wait and buy higher quality parts. I've spent plenty of my own money on cheaper parts and I feel as if it were totally wasted. Take it from others' experience, do it right the first time.
I saved up $2500 before I did anything to my car. I waited till I could do wheels, paint match my moldings, suspension, swaybar, etc all at once. Much more satisfying and I didn't feel like I was living paycheck to paycheck.
