Updated info about SRR LCAs for EG?
Anybody have any prices or info about the SRR LCAs for the EG?
I did a search and read a few threads from not too long ago where people claimed that SRR had released LCAs for the EG.
TIA!

How many would really be interested in the Eg SRR type control arms? I can get them from the direct manufacture that makes it for SRR, at least that's what I was told
Do you think we can start an GB? I will host it

The reason that I dont like these is that they change suspension geometry. Since they do this by shortening the LCA, they are moving a "suspension pivot point" making them illegal in most SCCA SOLO and Roadracing classes. Just something to keep in mind.

I never read into the rule that lower control arms could also be changed. It is isn't clear in that regard. But it does say "control arms". But using lower control arms to adjust camber also adjusts your track, which may or may not be a desireable side affect.
Camber kits may be installed on vehicles that do not have McPherson strut type suspensions. These kits may include replacement control arms or other parts that are designed specifically to compensate for camber changes resulting from lowering the car. These parts must use the original attachment points.

My local SCCA chapter states every year. If it's not clear in the rulebook it won't be allowed. Does anyone know if there were honda's at the national level or SCCA Veterans that run these?
I'm pretty sure I'd be allowed to use them in Street Mod. Since the pivot points bolt up to stock but again not sure. I'd love to find out the finally judgement on this.

They are legal in STS/STX because there is a rule specifically allowing different LCAs for correcting suspension geometry problems, as long as they bolt to stock locations--which these do.
