I know I have been flooding this forum to bloody hell with exhaust and muffler threads. The realization is this. Im poor as dirt and can only afford a Universal muffler. I've though about the skunk2 mega-power, the Apex'i N1, give me your thoughs on a great muffler that will have a nice deep and low toan. Tell me a muff you like and why you think its good. Keep the "poor-as-dirt" in mind. Which means that crazy Mugen Twin Loop is not an option. Anyway. Please give me your thoughs cause now i dont know what my thoughts on a muffler are.

Just buy the muffler for $100 bucks

If you want something loud...look into magnaflow universal mufflers.
I met a guy with a 99 EBP Si with a Magnaflow universal one he bought for $70 and it sounded and looked really good...I might even consider getting something like this if I dont have the funds after I buy a car.

If you're not interested then i'd look into a magnaflow universal muffler. Good sounding mufflers.

I running a thermal research universal muffler on my hatch. It looks somewhat like the Es oval. It has a real low mellow sound to it. Heres a pic of it ( I painted it black). It ran me $100 for the muffler alone.

if you're really pressed for cash just get an N1 knock off, off ebay for like 50 bucks shipped. you might even be able to get full piping with that for hte same price of apexi n1 muffler.
