Default Turn signals stopped working...

I was replacing the lights behind my climate control buttons on my 96DX civic. I had alot of the panels off and the one under the steering wheel fell out of my car while I was working on it. Now the Turn signals dont work at all. The stalk clicks, but the lights do not come on and the arrows in the console do not come on. I am thinking that something got pulled out but the bulbs are plugged in fine. I do not know what else to look for. Thank you.
