ok... we have this 93honda civic couple in our auto shop here.... and the passenger turn signals blinks faster than the driver side signal. we check all bulbs and they all work... but it seems like one of the filment in that signal lights up only... we can't get the 2nd filment in the bulb to light up.... would any one how to fix this ****.... i've check the grounds and check the clip that snaps onto the bulb harness but still can't get it to work...
