thanks but 1156 dont fit at all, there for the tail light turn signals. i bought the corner lights off ebay and the seller provided me with bulbs for the lights. my hazards blink normal but the turns are still fast.

Ive heard that theres only three things that can cause a hyper blinker

ground wires cut
wrong bulb
bulb burnt out, or missing from socket

i don't know if im helping but im just trying to give some ideas

sounds like a short, or a bad connector for a bulb, at my last shop I could count how many times people brought there car in and had put a new bulb in and it was still hyperblinking.

the most common thing was they put the wrong bulb in so after we put the right one in naturally it still blinked because the tabs in the socket were pushed back or destroyed

Try messing around with the sockets and do a voltage drop with the corner lights on to see if you possibly have a short to ground or power, those are power side switches I believe and it sounds to me like it could be more of a short to power.
