I would suggest removing the intake manifold and maybe the alternator

Put the front of the car on jack stands and then use a jack to support the weight of the motor ( i like to put a 2"x8" under the oil pan for protection).

Take all the bolts out of the rear mount.

If it doesn't move, loosen up all of the other motor mounts until you have enough play with the motor to get the rear mount out.. It helps to have a friend pull the engine forward.

Wow, WTF.....

Just jack up the rear of the motor some thats the key, the motor mount will come out but it won't be all that easy, you kinda have to turn it on its side and wiggle it out. The new one will go in the same way.

I did it this way to mine and it came out and went in, in like 5 minutes.

Tackle this from the bottom of the vehicle. That's what I did.

Exactly. Who the expletive takes the intake manifold and alternator out of the car to do this? You can get the passenger-side bolts from on top if you take off your intake and the bottom few you can get with a 1/2 inch rachet and extensions while laying under the car. You don't have to support the motor with a jack, you don't have to jack the motor up or down and you don't have to take more than an hour to remove it and put it back in. This isn't a hard job.

A better question would be "what makes you think your rear tranny mount is broken severe enough for you to take it out?" If it's broken, the shifter will jump around when you shift and the engine will torque like a ************ if you give it throttle. If those symptoms aren't present, it's fine enough.
