Default Transmission in a 96 Civic

Ok, I have always heard that the Prelude and Accord transmissions were different on the casings, I have never really messed with the H Series stuff and such. So the other day I called this JDM place and was asking about some stuff for a swap, the guy was telling me there was no difference, and that the Accord transmission could be used just like the Prelude transmission. I am confused, and am in the middle of buying a swap, but don't want to buy something and it end up buying something that won't fit my Civic..

Reason I am asking is because I have found a good deal on a T2W4 Tranny with LSD, from the Accord Euro-R and was going to buy it for the H Series swap I was going to put in my car. Would it be ok if I was to buy this and everything?
