Tranny Swap
I'm gonna be doing a tranny replacement soon on my d15
I was just curious if anyone knew of a good walkthrough or something.

Replace or Auto to manual swap?
If it's a replacement then follow the FSM or Haynes manual.
If it's a swap then there are plenty of write-ups here. Check the FAQ's.

i do now all d series trannys are interchangeable. and i would get an si vtec manual trannys have shorter gearing for better acceleration.
