tranny problems
i recently installed a tranny in a friends car,its a d16z6, now ther tranny wt go to any gear, i changed the pressure plate, slave cyinder,and master cylinder and put another tranny on it and still nothing what else could it be. i need to get his car on the road cause he works and goes to school. please help guys thanks.

when you sit in the car and move the shifter can you here it shifting, but nothing is happening it could be the shift fork bearing

could be the clutch, try turning the car off and see if you can put it in all the gears ok, if you can't then it's a linkage problem. If you can, it's a clutch problem and you'll have to remove the tranny again to see why it's (clutch) getting hung up and not engaging. I'm also assuming that the clutch was bled properly.
