Tranny making noise when downshifting
Car: 99' Civic Si.
I have noticed that when I downshift from 4th to 3rd and 3rd to 2nd that there is a whinny noise. The clutch still engages and it isn't slipping at all. I have noticed is that this only occurs when I am shifting into the RPM range of 4500 and 3000.
Last mod: ACT Clutch and flywheel (Nov 2007)
I have about 120,000 miles on this car. Is it low tranny fluid or something else? Please help. Thanks!

Re: Tranny making noise when downshifting (bccbryan)
Anyone else have insight on this? My 98 ex coupe with the same mileage does the same thing gears 1 2 and 3, sounds like I'm reverse, just not so loud.
