Tire/Rim question

I'm currently running HX wheels on my ex, I was doing some research on tires and I was looking to run 195/60/14 azenis .. the stock tire size is 185/65/14..

My question is will the 195's fit on the hx rim? and how big of a difference would 60 vs 65 affect my speedo?

195 will work just a slightly wider tire. it should not mess with the speedo too much. maybe make it look 3-5 mph faster if anything at all, but i doubt it.

Almost no difference. 195/60 is about 97% of 185/65, so 3% faster than it is. I think it will fit, and the tire shop can make it fit. IMO, I don't like it because it looks too wide for the wheel, and I would worry about it taking a corner hard. That's just me. I'm sure it'll work.
