timing specs on b16a
hey guys i need to know what the stock timing advance is on a b16a and what i am supposed to tighten the valvelash down to? i heard .005 on the intake side and run it TIGHT and .007 on the exhaust side. any info is greatly appreciated.

stock timming should be 16 btdc. if i remember. and the valve lash should be .006 intake and .008 on the exh. i know that is correct. my feeler gauges only go to .007 at the lowest i set all mine to .007 and they work fine.

I wouldn't recommend guessing on the torque specs on your valvelash. - If that's what you ment by "Tight".
