timing 180 degrees off?

timing 180 degrees off?
I just purchased a 95 dx coupe from a kid that did a head gasket in it. Started and ran before now it does not. Noticed the timing is off by 180. Is this motor shot or is there still hope? Thanks for your advice

It's very possible that the damage may be done... but the best bet as the others have suggested is to just fix the timing and go from there.
Of course... do not attempt to turn the car on anymore until the timing is corrected..
