that is really hard to believe... unless one of the boltons was a turbo kit

I ran a 14.48 with a JDM B18C spec R in my '96 DX hatch. Mods are:
- Injen short ram intake
- Apex-i World Sport exhaust
- Carsound cat
- DC Sports JDM 4-1 SS header
- Shitty *** 13" tires = crap *** 60' time (2.3)
I hope to be close to breaking into the 13's by next summer with new rims and tires.

you ran a 13.9 also....props
Every setup is different. I have a friend who can't drive and pulls low 15's with a B16 VX, while this guy pulled a 13.9...don't know how to explain it, just facts.
Also, some kids around town with 180 all motor hp in EK hatches don't even break into the 14's barely. I'd be embarrassed, since I ran 15.5 stock Si hatch with intake and exhaust

the dues specs who hit an 13.5 had the $1500 titanium dc exhaust dump and just 2 other bolt ons I think on slicks cutting 1.58 60' times, he backed it up but the car is full drag now
