tightening timing belt slack on exhaust manifold side of motor
I have done some searching, but the literature available is very vauge. can anyone tell me the proper technique on how to loosen the tension puilley and turn the crank to tighten the slack on the belt. this is for a 92 d series

pick up a repair manual from your local parts stores. it'll have the most accurate steps than anyone can give you here.
