Tightening Emergency Brake?

Default Tightening Emergency Brake?

How exactly would I accomplish this?

take off center consol arm rester thingy madooo and there is a cable with i think a 12mm nut tighten tht sucker down but not too tight. if its too tight the e brake will be engage when driving

Would I need to do this with the car on but not crunk up so i can see when the e-brake light comes on?

um i dont think tht will work because the the light turns on when the handle is pulled jsut tighten it to where it pulls 1/4 way up.

I like doing power slides...besides my dad works at tire/mechanic shop get cheap brakes and super cheap used tires.

are ur brake shoes worn out? maybe u need to replace ur brake shoes and if still good, a longer way would be to adjust them from inside the drums, thats if u have drum brakes.....if ur e-brake came lose, when was last time u change brake shoes? before u adjust the cable for the e-brake u should check ur brake shoes make sure they not worn out- unless u know for sure they still good..

Just take off the center console and tighten the nut behind the bracket that holds the ends of both brake cables. It's not rocket science, noob. Go do it and then continue to drive like a jackass and get yourself killed
