Guys please use the search at the top of the page. It takes just a few seconds. Here is one of 20+ post this has a nice how to with out pics. Just to give you an idea. Its not that hard to change tie rods out just make sure to get the car aligned after the work is done

they are quite simple to replace. if you have any doubt or uncertainty, pick up a repair manual.
