Ticking noise
I have a 1995 Honda civic sedan with a ticking noise under left dash every 4 seconds only when driving, could it be a relay under there making the noise cant figure this out Anyone else have this problem

The main relay and fuse box are under the dash. Are they any other problems (starting, running, electrical accessories)?
