Theres this ticking noise comming from my 95 civic lx auto trans, i already did some maintenance like spark plugs, syn oil change, water pump, gasket valve cover with gromment seals, and timing belt and crank and cam seal front only, i have a guess that it could be just a needs a valve adjustment but not sure, to make it simpler it sounds like a mini diesel engine... thankss

Try a valve adjustment

You can pull each spark plug out individualy and see which cylinder the ticking is coming from.

Valvetrain noise (rocker arm assy, valve lash, ect.)
Injectors (wouldnt be consistent with your knocking description)
Exhaust leak, most likely cracked manifold.
Possibly compromised engine bearing/s in your short block assy.

A better description of the noise you are hearing will help others determine, I also see guys post up video/sound clips of the noise/problem. When the noise occurs most, what instigates the noise, and is it consistent with engine RPM, Engine load, ect?. And when did you first notice noise?
