Either A.) you already got one and should know the answer or
B.) you're planning on getting one and are a tool.

Which is it?

Yeah, that's a newer law in So Cal. They figure by ticketing the watchers, and in some cases impounding their cars, that it will kill the street race scene. I must say it worked perfectly in San Diego.

I hope it's enough to drive you to give up driving a car and take mass transportation.

Think about it, if he pays $50 (example) for a fine, wouldn't he go do it again? A certain amount of money, for MOST people, isn't enough to get a lesson taught. People, for the most part, learn the hard way.

They don't always write fine amount on the tickets. I've been pulled over, nailed with _4_ tickets in one stop, and Las Vegas Metro didn't write down a single dollar figure. you have to wait the 4 weeks, and then call the court to find out the amounts.
