throwing a code 41?

Default throwing a code 41?

freind of mine has an auto 95 civic with a d15
check engine light was on so i checked the code for him
got a code 41
primary oxygen sensor heater?
wtf?
pretty sure code 61 is primary oxygen sensor, so wtf is a sensor heater?
just wondering

im gettin the same code....and i know my O2 sensor is NOT pluged in because my headers dont have to hole to plug it to...so until i get that drilled, that when i can plug my O2 sensor....maybe thats it..

so basically if i get a code 41, or a code for the primary or secondary oxygen sensors i should replace em? y not just make it the same code instead of having a primary oxygen sensor heater code?
confused.......
