Default Throttle body coolant bypass question

I want to block off the coolant lines that run through the throttle body. From what I can see a line runs from under the intake into the TB. Then it comes out of the TB and goes into a thing on the back of the intake. Then a line runs somewhere else out of the "thing". I was wondering, do I just block off the TB or the thing that is bolted to the back of the intake as well? I hope you guys can make sense of this, thanks!

disconnect the two hoses from the TB, connect them together. plug the TB ports with vacuum plugs.
