Default Those of you with Manual Door locks, how could you make the door locks open....

Automatically because i want to get an alarm for my whip and have that push of the button to unlock the door feature work. But since the car has no power locks i cant do it. How could i make it happen?

you have to do a power locks conversion.. you could take the power locks motor and wiring stuff outta an EX or an SI or something like that..search for a thread on power locks/window conversion

Damn sounds heavy. Probably would leave all that dangling behind the door panels.


Which brings me to my next point....

Who has these goods for sale which would help me do this?

Wow that looks like alot of work.

Searched and found this write up for just an actuator connected to the alarm and that would open up your locks.

Which brings me up to another point of mine, where could i get that actuator?

EDIT: Found out they are DEI actuators the guy uses. Could i just get this at my best buy or is there a more convenient website to get these from? Thanks brothas

Actually the one the Dimi posted is Oem door power door locks. The ones you posted are aftermarket and sell for around $30-$50. Check ebay under power door locks.

Yea the OEM ones look like a bitch to wire up. I just would go after that aftermarket one and wire it to my alarm to activate when i hit the button on the controller on my key chain.
