I have a 99 tranny out of a civic si that wont down shift into third and i ws wondering if it might be a sychro ring or something more serious like the whole synchronizer(?). At times though tranny would grind going into at high RPMs. I just wanted to get an idea of what im dealing with before i take the guts out and get it transferred to a new case. i would like everything to be fixed in one shot.
