Would there be anyway to set off your airbags when someone tries to either start your car or pull the radio? LOL I think that would be F**king funny, they try to steal your car, head all close to the steering wheel while they break the ignition or passenger dash pulling the radio, then BOOM - right in the face....lol

That sucks man, cops really don't seem to give a damn at all about our cars. They brush it off like it's a petty crime, like equivalent to stealing a candy bar or something. It's ridiculous!! If I were you, I would either install some of those mini wireless cameras in my car or around it and just watch and wait for someone to come back. If they can't get your car started why do they continue to try??

What can a cop do besides take a report? Car theft/break-in is way down the crime hierarchy.
Dust for prints? What can that do? Hard to build a case on fingerprints alone.
Devote investigative resources for one car? There's more serious stuff that needs those resources.
They probably answered like that because you had some kind of "wtf do you guys do anyways besides eating donuts" attitude. They're not omniscient supermen.
Do some ride alongs and see how shitty it is to be a cop. Underpaid and underappreciated while you bask in the little law and order they do provide.
If you were a cop...what would you do if someone's car got broken into? Not much. Car's broken into. Life goes on.

Honda's have a bad name anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if he was like: "Great 1 less Honda acting like an idiot on the road". Not saying you but for every real Honda performance enthsuaist there are 1part posuer and 2 parts stunna.
