should be a stamp on the back.
There should also be some identification on the pistons.

..yeah PR3 mark head will be B16/ITR, P72 will be a GS-R head...LS is PR4 if i remember correctly.

not sure about the pistons identifying the head, and i thought the stamps are in the front on the exhaust side.

All b-series heads after certain year have 30 on dizzy side above where the vtec solenoid goes.
But yes all non gsr heads have PR3 on them.
