The topside tranny mounts are 100% identical.
The timing side mount itself COULD be identical if your EG has the aluminum mount (some came with a sttel black mount that is different) but the bracket that bolts to the engine block on the timing belt side of the engine is different on a B and D engine.
What are you other guys talking about?

because im putting a b16a auto on my 93 hatch auto, and the tranny side doesnt look like its going to fit, but the driver side mount and the rear looks like its going to work.

Wow you're fucked.
The auto B series transmission will not physically fit into a Civic engine bay due to it's larger size. My shop did ONE auto LS swap into an EK 4 door and we made the customer sign a waiver because he insisted he wanted it done, which meant cutting the passenger side framerail some to allow clearance for the trans case, we had to fab topside and rear transmission mounts/brackets, etc.
You'll see what I mean soon.

Don't the 92-95 Civic and 94-01 Integra share the same engine bays?
