Why are you getting a bigger front bar if your looking for less understeer?
I would keep the stock front bar and get a nice Comptech 22 mil adj. sway/tie combo. Its a very nice piece.

my original plan is to get a 26mm rear sway bar to complament the 30s in the front. i think that sould give me a bit of oversteer. currently i want to see what kind of adjustable bars out there before i go with that setup. are there any adjustable sway bars about that size in the market.

The stock front/ comptech 22mm rear is going to be your best option on your car. You really can't choose a better setup.
