First find a place to host your picture, like imagestation. Takes about 5 min. to set up an account.
Once the picture is uploaded right click, go to properties, and copy the url address (it'll be like http:something.jgp). Then when you are writting your post click the image button and you'll get the brackets with the cursor between them. Just paste the url address between the [Img][/Img] and post way. Then you'll have the camera icon and everyone will look.
