Listen to this guy. The pics posted is a GS-R mani. I had a OBD1 B18B and it definitely didn't have that.

You just circled the charcoal canister buddy. That is not what you pictured in your original thread.
The FITV hook up should be pretty straight forward. I am trying to find a hosted pic online to show you where you attach the coolant lines.

spout on the left side hooks up to the iacv and the spout on the right side hooks up to the metal tube that is attached to the OEM intake arm.

Its a charcoal canister or EVAP canister if you want to call it that. Your engine will run without it but wont pass emissions testing. If you want to hook it up just follow that vacuum diagram. ^^^^^^^

It has hella bent valves y0

well my homie santos cleared it up and i guess i'm wrong, the thing he showed me was the charcol canister? someone show me a picture of one for a OBD1 LS
