Default Tein S-Tech

Hey guys, I am new to the forum and I have a couple questions to start out with. I stumbled across this image of a white coupe that looks like it has been lowered (the perfect amount in my opinion). Can anybody tell me the approximate drop?

I was looking at buying the Tein S-Tech to lower my 2000 Ex Coupe a bit. Would this be an equivalent drop? Is there a cheaper/better way to go? I don't know much about suspension but I know Tein is a good company and I have a pretty tight budget. I just want to get the slightly lowered look without spending too much $ and decreasing ride quality.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think s techs will get you quite that low but close. I have them on my 2000 ex and although it's hard to tell from a photo I would guess I'm sitting about a half inch higher. Ride quality is great though.

that civic appears to be on coilovers, hard to tell from the pic but i don't know any springs that will give it that aggressive of a drop.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I will go with the Teins. I can deal with a little extra height, especially since I have the EX and not an Si, I don't feel that my ride needs to look overly aggressive.
