yes it will. i had it on my d16y8. made a few more ponies than my 3" short ram.
incase u are wondering.. thats an RS*R 4-2-1 header, which is for sale if ur interested.

It deppends on which teg you are talking about, I believe LS and ITR would work but not a gsr because of the manifold on the gsr.
