teg 4 lug typer wheels on an eg
i know the teg type r 4 lug wheels are a bigger pattern than the civic. its the same size as the accord. how hard would it be to use accord stuff to complete the swap to use the teg wheels. i have a set and are nice, but obivously i cant use them on my 92 hatch. also that would mean i can use accord wheels too and some of those would look good on a civic. sorry if this seems like a dumb question.

here is the thread, i dunno about useing accord parts, you could get the hub and bearing then buy an integra arm and install the hub and bearing into that arm

worked for me. Here's the title of the thread: 96 ITR Brake Tech Thread
Just go to the search and type that in and search in the archives, it's the only one that pops up.

hmm, thanks man, but all they really talked about was the rotor situation. while useful, thats not what im really looking for. trying to find out whats involved in doing the swap using accor/prelude parts

did you read my reply?
i told you. you can use the arm becuase its different on accords and preludes.
so you would have to buy the arms from a 94-00 integra (or some civic ex's). then purchase the 4x114.3 hub, and baring and then have it all pressed into the new arms.
you can't use your stock arms (if you have a cx.vx.dx. or ex without abs) becuase they have a smaller rotor and the bigger rotor and caliper won't fit
with rears it would be the same things.
the only difference from a 4x100 with the 10.3 inch brakes setup to a 4x114.3 is the hub, so get your self a setup of 4x100 with 10.3 rotors then get the hub with the studs and a new bearing from honda.
you can't use the accord prelude arm its different dimentions
