Yes, they handle just like any other springs in the market. Im not sure about their own *specs* but they are similar to the Neuspeed Sports or the Eibach (1.5 drop) forgot the name.

I used to have them (2" drop) with Tokico Illuminas on my 92 Si hatch and personally I didn't like them. The drop was nice but the ride was really stiff. I used my car as a daily driver for work and school so I preferred ride comfort over handling so I ended up selling the setup and getting Eiback Prokits w/Bilsteins. The drop wasn't as much but the ride felt like stock. So if you like a stiff ride, then the Tanabe's aren't a bad choice.
