tanabe RM silener
hey everyone. i got a ticket for my exhaust (Tanabe RM) and i need to get the silencer to get the ticket signed off. The thing is, is that i went to tornactive.com and i think i need the 90mm? cuz i measured it and it was 82mm i think. but also on tornactive it says its a inner silencer/baffle, and in the pic it looks really weird. so my question is, is this the one im supposed to get? does it slide in the muffler like most silencers? thanks

Re: tanabe RM silener (Touch)
Go to any "performance shop". Should be no more than $50. I went through 2 and said fckit.
Exhaust laws in WA made it so I can sneak by w/ an open Tanabe RM.

Re: tanabe RM silener (TecHnOCal)
ok so now the only problem is that i dont know what the pic means, it doesnt look like the muffler tip, (like you just slide the silencer in) it looks like its in the piping. i really dont know. i just need to know is that what i need that is shown in the picture?

The silencer in your picture isn't even the silencer that I bought nor the one that came with my catback.
Yes, it slide in, then use a nut/bolt to lock it down.
