Default taking out air conditioner (help)

i havent done it yet but i was wondering if its really worth it to take out my a/c. I never use the thing can anyone tell me if there is a hp gain from doing this and how much it all weighs when out of the car thanks

Nothing major, if you take all the components out it will be around 40-50lbs maybe. Its all preference, I doubt it gets that hot up there, so taking it out wouldnt be that bad.

there really isnt a hp gain in taking out the ac except for the wieght savings and itl help the gas mileage because of the less drag on the engine from the ac belt.. but its really nothing you are going to notice

If you never use it, I'd do it. It'll get rid of 20-30lbs right up front which is what helps most. Do you need help on how to remove it?

no i know how to remove it no problem. i have a supercharger is that going to make any diffrence because the new pully that they sent me with the kit has a place for the a/c belt
