What's the best way to cover up the holes?
I want to take off my ugly *** factory spoiler.

You can find plastic caps/plugs to fit the holes, then paint them to match and seal them with silicone adhesive. That is probably the most cost-effective option.

Okay, thanks guys. I'll just do the bondo method. Sounds the easiest.

Bondo is just going to fall into the holes repeatedly. You need some kind of backing. I would weld them shut, grind it smooth and then use bondo to finish

I got mine at the body shop, but you should also be able to find some at a hardware or auto parts store.

use a fiberglass resin the back side so the bondo has something to grab onto then throw some bondo on there..sand..prime..paint..ect...

Oh damn so the bondo should have a support so it doesn't fall through....never thought about that.

Does anyone have a pic of what the plastic caps look like?

Would it be okay if I put tape on top of the trunk and fill the bottom with bondo? Would that work?

welding would be a good idea, but make sure you "water damn" so you dont warp the decklid.

water damning is basically taking a soaked rag and wrapping it around the area you are welding, it absorbs heat to minimize warping the decklid.

you can use something called tiger hair instead of bondo, its a little stronger material, has fibers in it. so it might not fall through as much.

gorrilla hair is what ur looking for.

its a fiberglass/bondo already mixed together. all you have to do is add hardner.

I would weld the holes shut. Then slap some body filler over it. Sand, prime, sand, scuff, then paint.
