Default System too rich?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you know anything about an engine code that says "system too rich?" I have a 99 civic ex b16a2 swap with the ex injectors, rail, regulator, and pump. fuel filter was changed to si standards. Does anybody know what might be causing that problem?....(I forget the actual code number, sorry ;p) I would figure that the system would be running lean if anything because of the ex injectors and everything else.

Yeah, well I figured that but was wondering if there was a prexisting solution with the setup I have now, like any adjustments that could be made. From what I heard though I think the injectors from the si and ex are the same size. but yeah, I guess I'll have to buy the new ****
