Synthetic oil-oil filter

this is probly a dumbass question but Does synthetic oil require a diffrent filter compared to non-synthetic oil or does any oil filter work? thanks.

How much are they? $500? Are they good for 3001 miles compared to the normal 3000 mile ones?
