sway bars for g7 Civics? and offset for g7 15" rims?

sway bars for g7 Civics? and offset for g7 15" rims?
I just bought a '01 EX coupe and I want to try and reduce the body roll in this car. Do you guys know if Comptech or any of the others are making a rear sway bar for g7's yet? The EX only has a 12mm rear sway. That's gotta go.. I think my '97 DX HB had less body roll than this car. I guess I will also be shopping around for a front upper strut bad too (hey, now we can correctly say "strut bar", where before the correct term was "shock" tower bar, heheh)
Also, I have '99 GSR wheels w/RE 730s sitting in my garage that I want to put on the '01 Civic but noone at the dealership (morons) could tell me what the offset is on the EX 15" rims and what the width of the wheels are (I 'm guessing 5.5-6"). Not even the mechanics! It is really scary that these people work on our cars and don't know a simple spec. as that..
Anyway, if the offset is really close I 'll put the GSR wheels on. Do you guys think a g7 Blue EX Coupe will look good with '99 GSR rims on? I 'm trying to picture it.. not good with photoshop. thanks any info is appreciated!
